2017 Scholarship Winners

National Scholarship

The national scholarship was awarded to Quincy from DeMatha Catholic High School in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.  Quincy plans to attend Hofstra University and major in Computer Engineering, Gaming & Design.

Regional Scholarships

Six scholarships were awarded to six Bronx Lighthouse Charter School graduates:

  • Michelle plans to attend Clark University and study French and gender studies.

  • Mamadou plans to attend Boston College and prepare for medical school.
  • Nyad plans to attend New York University and study nursing.
  • Ricardo plans to attend SUNY Albany and study business
  • Jaynel plans to attend Ursinus College and study psychology.

  • Endeah from Lighthouse College Prep Academy (LCPA) plans to attend Purdue University and study pharmacy.
